Robin Liu, MBA is a principal investor and collector associated with Pop Art Masters Gallery in Laguna Beach. With a professional background spanning engineering, finance, and global operations, Liu brings a disciplined, international perspective to collecting and gallery leadership.

Liu earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from Hunan University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. His career includes senior executive roles with multinational organizations, where he oversaw international finance, sourcing, and operations across Asia and the United States. This global experience continues to shape his thoughtful, long-term approach to art and collecting.

A longtime admirer of classical music and fine art, Liu has developed a focused interest in Pop Art and Modern Masters. His personal collection includes works by influential artists such as Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Andy Warhol, Peter Max, Joan Miró, Marc Chagall, and Takashi Murakami, among others.

Through his involvement with Pop Art Masters Gallery, Liu supports the presentation of museum-quality works in Laguna Beach’s historic arts district, with an emphasis on connoisseurship, provenance, and accessibility for both seasoned collectors and new audiences.

Mojgan A. Dillow is Director at Pop Art Masters Gallery in Laguna Beach, bringing over three decades of experience in fine art, gallery leadership, and international client relations. With a background rooted in art history and years of professional work across Europe and the United States, Dillow provides curatorial direction and day-to-day leadership for the gallery.

Dillow earned her degree in Art History from the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland and is fluent in English, French, German, and Farsi. Her international upbringing and cultural fluency have shaped a career working closely with collectors, artists, and galleries worldwide, navigating complex transactions with discretion and insight.

Prior to Pop Art Masters Gallery, Dillow held senior leadership roles at established fine-art galleries, where she developed extensive experience in art acquisition, curation, sales, and international negotiations.
